"I had an issue with my automatic payment because it was double to normal amount I usually pay When I spoke with Michael, the State farm representative he explained in detail the problem that caused the balance to double. I then had some concerns about my mobile device that tracks my driving patterns and the discounts I qualify for Michael took the time to go through my file in history and explained that I was getting the maximum discounts I could get for my age group He was very pleasant and patient with me.
